LOUGHEED LASER CENTER...BEST IN SKIN CARE INDUSTRY
Submitted by ferfinator on Thu, 03/26/2009 - 10:07pm. acne | botox | chemical peels | fine lines | fraxel | glo make-up | IPL | juvederm | laser | laser hair removal | lipodisolve | Men | microderm abrasions | sclerotherapy | sunscreen | womenAnyone looking for a great place to take care of all your cosmetic needs?
Lougheed Laser Center has been the place I have turned to since 2004. Lougheed Laser Center has provided me with all my laser hair removal needs. The treatments were very successful and the technicians were highly trained and professional.
I also have been treated with botox for the prevention of fine lines and wrinkles as well have had my lips filled. I have been back time and time again. Everyday someone complements me on skin and how refreshed I look. After using the skincare products suggested for my skin type and the mineral make-up "glo" my face looks fantastic. I no longer have to worry about acne ruining my day.
Does anyone know of a reputable Barber training college/school?
Submitted by worldtraveller on Sun, 03/15/2009 - 11:32pm. Barber | College | Facial Hair | hair | Image | Institute | male | Men | Razor | School | Shave | Shaving | Style | TrainingI am seeking a reputable barber school in Vancouver's centre; to be preferably located anywhere west from the Commercial Drive neighbourhood. For clarity's sake I am not looking for a beauty school or aesthetics program but specifically a men's barber training forum. Does anyone have any suggestions for me of what courses/programs may be on offer in Vancouver? Whether through a typical hair/beauty school or otherwise. Please, when posting be certain that the places suggested in fact provide men's barber specific training. Thank you.
Hockey for a 17 year old girl?
Submitted by Hannah235 on Tue, 03/10/2009 - 2:41pm. Hockey | league | not competitive | woman'sI've never played hockey on a team before, but I've played with friends, so I'm not completely new, but still not that great. In our league, they only go up to girl born in 1990, and I am born in 1991. Plus, I don't feel like paying 500 dollars to play. Does anybody know of an un-competitive woman's hockey league which isn't too expensive and which I, being 17, could play in?
Drop-off Laundry Service East Van
Submitted by itswells on Mon, 03/09/2009 - 5:32pm. laundryDoes anyone know of a drop-off laundromat around Victoria and Powell that's cheap and reliable? I used to take my laundry to a place at Venables and Commercial, where a Korean couple ran the laundromat and they did a fantastic job. 70¢ a pound, perfectly folded, always ready on time, never anything lost or ruined in several years. They were almost too good to be true and I think they ended up burning out because more and more people started dropping off their laundry there. Sadly, they shut down a few months ago and I've yet to find a replacement. I tried one at Nanaimo/Hastings and I don't think they did a very good job and charged 80$/lb.
Event Planner's
Submitted by jenuyne on Mon, 02/23/2009 - 3:45pm. vancouverHello
My name is Jennifer and I'm planning to join this multifaceted industry of Event Planning, with plans to launch my own event planning company in the near future.
I was wondering if I might request some helpful advice from local event planners, considering your vast exposure and experience in the industry. To the best of your knowledge, how many weddings and/or private events would you estimate have/are being orchestrated by professional event planners in Vancouver BC per year?
