I am looking into housing co-operatives in Vancouver and Burnaby, particularly in the Champlain Heights area of Vancouver. What are the names of some of the best housing co-ops? Which ones should I avoid?

I would like to have fuel injection cleaning done on my car. Does anyone know of a good place? What did you pay?

Where is the best place to get cheap, vegetarian samosas (like 3 or 4 of them for $1)?

I'm thinking that I might try looking in "Little India" in East Van, but there are so many shops. Any thoughts?
