Where in Vancouver (downtown or west side) is a great place to get a manicure?

I've got oodles of great barely used clothing that I think I could make a few bucks off of. Does anyone know of good consignment stores. I want to find popular trendy places, not old lady kind of stuff.

I'm taking a friend out for breakfast somewhere downtown tomorrow morning and wonder if anyone can recommend a nice breakfast spot.

I'm looking for used bookstores. Ones with good selection, either for fiction or non-fiction. I just like a good used bookstore for a Saturday afternoon peruse. Oh, that and I can't stand paying 12.99 for a paperback novel.
