It turns out that I ended up calling &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.google.ca/local?hl=en&amp;amp;q=vic%27s-electric&amp;amp;near=Vancouver,+BC&quot;&gt;Vic&#039;s Electric&lt;/a&gt; based on another recommendation.  The guy was pretty good and my dryer is up and running again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It was a loose connection in a junction box that was the problem, I&#039;m embarassed to say.  I could have fixed that myself but oh well, it&#039;s easy to say that after the fact. :)&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Electrician</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Has anyone had any good experienced with an electrician in Vancouver?  I have a 95 year old house and there are some wacky things going on with the wiring so I&#039;d like to have someone come take a look at it rather than frying myself.&lt;/p&gt;
