I get a discount on parts, but where other people would mark them up, I pass on the discounts to my customers. Where you would normally have to tow your vehicle to a shop, I come equipped too the vehicle's location and perform on the spot service.

I quote job costs from an estimating guide at my rates of course which are allot lower than the ($70 - $95hr shop rates). I quote the price before I even head out and the price will never be more than the quote guaranteed!

The customer is responsible for obtaining their own parts, I will let you know what you need and you can go to LORDCO and acquire the parts.

(Diagnostic Charge $55) Applies if I am required to come out and diagnose the problem you have. It covers my fuel & my time to perform the diagnosis.

ray is a rip off This is not a real company he dos not give any warranty’s charges $70.00 hr and makes you pick up your Owen parts when he dose brakes he tells you that you have to buy rotors when you don’t and only takes cash he is a big scam

If you're near Surrey , Kevin's Auto Clinic on King George is who to see before ( I stress before ) Aircare. Good shop but can't help ya get a conditional pass as he isn't paying the money for Aircare repair certification. Only failed once ( my own fault ) when they tuned the car.
