I am moving to vancouver in a few weeks and will need to have my vehicle tested for emissions. Does anyone know a trusted, honest mechanic or auto body shop that can do the inspection and any repairs I will need done?

OK, here's the deal.

I need some tattoo work done - not just *any* work, but something so nostalgic and interesting that it'll be an automatic showcase for whomever does it.

The tattoo project is titled "A Tribute to Classic Gaming". It features popular/eclectic characters and objects from many video games, both recent and classic, in sleeve format. I hope to have a total of two sleeves done, but however much of the work is offered, I'll gladly take.
This would be a fantastic project for either a) a well known tattoo artist that wants to show off what they can do, through one of the best designs to be worn in the Vancouver area :) As well, this could be done by anyone new to tattooing, who considers themself to have the required skills - a showcase of their talents.
