I am looking for the use of certified commercial kitchen space to make chocolates and confections. All I need is some counter space, use of a fridge, a stove element and a sink. That's it. Off regular business /weekend hours is best,only maybe a couple hours a week / month if that at this point. Open to Bakeries or anything that may want to trade kitchen time for confections to sell as an option. Must be fairly cool environment due to the nature of chocolate.
