I recently bought a beautiful dress off Craig's List but it needs some adjustment. I need the Krinalyn (sp?) removed, the chest area tightened and to shorten the dress overall. Can you recommend any seamstress that can do this well and won't break that bank?

I've just moved here and I'm looking for a good Japanese restaurant by my house. I live right off Granville and Broadway and there's a baffling number of options. Rather than try them all, I'd like a recommendation. I know about Tojo's but I'm not interested in high-end fine dining, just a good affordable place for a weeknight dinner.
